100 Bros

That's the name of cultural subdivisions in Brittany! To each "bro" their own costume... To explore clichés and truths around the Breton culture, follow a tour focused on the representation of "typical Brittany" in the streets and buildings of Quimper. Discover how these traditions have remained relevant through time, between an authentic identity and the creation of a folklore, and learn your first few words in the Breton language!

Let's play with heritage!

With the hands, focusing on details, using mirrors, looking for mistakes, sorting by colors... a fun and unusual way to enjoy a discovery of a new town!

Observation, touch, memory, curiosity will be sollicited!

Please note that this proposition was developed first and foremost for children aged between 4 and 12. It can also be enjoyable for adults who want to keep in touch with their inner child and want a surprising way of visiting Quimper, but it focused on amusement rather than information.

Advised duration : between 30min and 1h30, depending on the age and personnality of the child

The former town of Kerfeunteun

While showing remnants of its military role during the world wars, the former municipality of Kerfeunteun is today a peaceful district. Fully integrated to Quimper, it is today a pivot of the cultural life of the city. Less picturesque than the medieval areas, Kerfeunteun deserves more attention than it gets!
