All Eskapades guided activities are conducted by a certified guide who holds a state-issued tour guide license.​

The tours offered are the result of several hours of research in sources that are sometimes difficult to access, reflection, location scouting, and design. This preliminary work, carried out with passion and dedication, is an important part of the job of a tour guide, and as such, the content of the tours is subject to copyright. It may not be plagiarized or reused without the written consent of Eskapades. However, individuals are allowed to take photos and videos of parts of the tour as souvenirs. For groups, upon request to the guide, the tour may be filmed in its entirety for the creation of souvenir videos, but may not be broadcast in its entirety on the internet under any circumstances.
